But Rick has a secret agenda - he wants to keep the family together as long as possible. However, this relationship is too short-lived to be meaningful. The show does have its moments, but it isn't enough to sustain our interest.

The film's sci-fi hook is interesting, but its weak character development is a little underdeveloped. While the actors play the characters well - particularly Abigail - they're hardly given huge character development. And even the deaths of the characters aren't as horrific as body horror fans may expect. But its restraint is admirable. While the plot is boring and the characters don't develop very much, it's not terrible. It's just not the best film.
